Dawn Ann Ritter


Dawn Ann Ritter is a Montana native with a cowboy family legacy. She’s a seasoned entrepreneur, fashion expert and is a successful Montana Main Street retail business owner with over nine years of experience in retail.  Her store collections are Western and Native American inspired.

Dawn Ann has had two boutiques for over five years - Red Lodge and Tennessee. She has been in the fashion industry for over thirty years as a high fashion model, and  has deep industry connections in fashion, artistry, music, entertainment and business in New York, Los Angeles, Montana and Nashville, Tennessee. Her ventures have been well funded and financially successful due to her expertise, business savvy and knowledge. 

Dawn Ann owns Moo Country, a high end western fashion brand focused on beautiful clothing, custom boots, hats, jewelry, art and home goods. She is active in rodeo sponsorship and country music events. She dresses/styles many music artists — Tanya Tucker; Carrie Underwood; Gwen Stefani, and others. She is artistry focused in product and fashion curation, always preserving the cowboy way of life.

Montana is her “ happy place” and the heart of her Moo Country brand. Dawn Ann was an EMT and with Search & Rescue in Red Lodge. She now volunteers her time with Operation Light Shine, an organization actively fighting to combat human trafficking and child exploitation in the US.

This foundation was started to give back to different animal rescues around the world with unique, and one-of-a-kind designer items curated by Tracey Bregman (Young and the Restless); and Dawn Ann Ritter (Moo Country).
